As of today 4/5, newly scheduled meetings are required to have passwords. This is a Zoom policy change, not a directive from any AA authority.
Meetings that are already scheduled do NOT have to have passwords retroactively added. However, if you try to edit a recurring meeting (to extend it beyond what is currently scheduled), those meetings WILL be required to use a password.
You can have your group's info updated on the CJI Spreadsheet by emailing me (the webmaster). You can send a link to your meeting with the password already embedded, or, can just send the password for me to post in the "Notes."
I'd like to keep as many passwords posted as possible so meetings can stay available to all who need them. I'd encourage all those who host to utilize the Zoom training videos/articles to protect your meeting from trolling. Thanks!
